As a design engineer at Formfact you are responsible for machines and assemblies throughout the entire development process. Because engineering, electronics, software and manufacturing sit in the same building, you see what becomes of your drawings — and learn from every build.

Tasks
  • Design of special machines and assemblies in 3D CAD
  • Design of mechanics, drives and pneumatics
  • Creation of manufacturing and assembly drawings
  • Support during prototyping and commissioning
  • Close coordination with electronics, software and workshop
Your profile
  • Completed degree or technician training in mechanical engineering
  • Confident use of a 3D CAD system (e.g. SolidWorks, Inventor)
  • Experience in special machinery or jig construction an advantage
  • Structured, independent way of working
  • Enjoyment of short distances and real teamwork
